Are your products all natural?: Every formula starts with natural, earth-derived ingredients. No parabens, phthalates, or sulfates in our beard or body line. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
Where are your products made?: Handcrafted in Chiefland, Florida. We make every batch ourselves, in-house, in small quantities.
How does Subscribe & Save work?: On eligible products, choose Subscribe & Save at checkout and your product ships on the cadence you pick (monthly is most common). You get a discount on every shipment, and you can skip, swap, or cancel anytime from your account.
Do you ship outside the US?: Right now we ship to the US and Canada. International expansion is on the roadmap - sign up for the newsletter to be the first to know.
What if I don't love it?: Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right - refund, replacement, or store credit. We stand behind every bottle.
